  Please Read ~
  FAULTS ~ a super big headache for everyone!!
   
 
  • All warranties are "REPAIR WARRANTIES" ~ this means all manufacturer's faults are REPAIRED free of charge.
 
  • Their warranties DO NOT entitle you to a replacement product at any point, we have never experienced
    anyone getting a replacement machine or car seat.
  • These BIG pushchair manufacturers will not give out replacement chassis as this is an admittance that their product is rubbish.
  • If you have gone off your machine we suggest you get it fixed and then sell it privately.
  • All pushchair and car seat REPAIR warranties are for one year, except Jane products, their REPAIR warranty is six months.

  FAULTY PUSHCHAIRS ~ first response email/procedure
   
 

If, after purchasing your goods, you find a faulty with them, please send Baby Zoop an EMAIL including the following:

   
 
  • Your name, telephone number and residential address and your original order number.
    The name, type and colour of the pushchair / car seat / item purchased.
  • A very descriptive paragraph explaining what you have been experiencing.
 
  • PLEASE TAKE PICTURES of any areas where visual damage can be seen and attach the photos to the email.
  • One of our team will then forward your email to the relevant Service Department and once they respond we will contact you with their feedback and next steps.

  FAULTY PUSHCHAIRS ~ second response email/procedure
   
  For more serious damage, your machine may need to be sent back for repair. Below is the procedure to follow:
   
 
  • We need you to BOX UP THE MACHINE, in a secure and well-protected box.
  • Please contact us either by email and let us know a convenient time and place for collection.
  • We will then book the collection for your chosen day and forward your box on to the Service Department for repair.
 
  • The Service Department will do a full inspection of the machine and then repair any manufacturers faults.
  • All repairs and courier charges within the warranty period are free of charge.
  • Faulty pushchairs are top priority and usually done within 7 working days.
 
  • If the machine gets damaged because of USER ERROR, you will be liable for the repair and courier costs.
 
  • You can still have your machine repaired outside of the warranty period, however you will be liable for the courier charges and the repair bill (we will inform you of any charges before any work is done).
  • The longest amount of time a customer has been without a machine when it was at a Service Department was 7 days; most customers are not without their pushchair for long.
 
  • Unfortunately we cannot offer such low retail prices and ALSO loaners machines, in reality the machines are fixed very quickly and taking deposits, sending and collecting a loaner machine would be a huge inconvenience for you.
